The directors are hands-on throughout the entire development process, from initial feasibility studies to the final stages of construction. The company was founded by Jon Bishop and Amir Javid, driven by a shared passion for construction and property development.
Amir holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Sheffield and brings over 15 years of experience managing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion. His design expertise and hands-on approach ensure each development meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Jon is a Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years’ experience in planning consultancy, working across both the private and public sectors. His in-depth knowledge of the planning system and strategic insight is instrumental in unlocking the potential of challenging sites.
Together, Jon and Amir combine complementary skills to lead every project with care, creativity, and precision.

With Masters Degree in Architecture and over 18 years of experience, Amir has led teams to deliver numerous complex projects from inception to completion. He has worked across different sectors, including residential, hospitality, mixed use and retail schemes in the UK and international.
Jon Bishop
Director
Jon is a professionally qualified and experienced planning specialist with extensive knowledge in residential and commercial developments.
With over 18 years of experience, Jon has a unique insight into the planning and development industry which enables him to communicate effectively with local authority planners and private sector clients alike.
Carolina Ferrando
Design Manager
Carolina has worked in the architectural industry for over a decade and has gained extensive experience in the UK residential developments. Carolina's qualifications in both architecture and urban planning give her a wide spectrum of knowledge in architecture and contextual design in different scales.
Pouria Henzaky
Construction Manager
With Diploma in Architectural Technology and BSc in Architecture, Pouria has extensive construction management and site experience across various scale of residential projects mainly in London. He has over 10 years experience as a senior site manager and has collaborated with us to deliver several projects successfully.
