We specialise in bespoke property developments across London, particularly in the south west region.
We are passionate about what we do and the homes we build are testament to that passion. The directors are personally involved at every stage of the development process from feasibility to construction, they spend time undertaking a thorough appraisal of the site to achieve the best possible outcome in every project.
We develop sites often overlooked by others because our in-house team has the experience and skills to recognise the potential in every site and deliver complicated projects successfully.
The company was formed by Jon Bishop and Amir Javid in order to pursue their passion in construction and property development.
With Master’s Degree in Architecture from The University of Sheffield Amir has over 15 years of work experience in managing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion. Jon is a chartered town planner with over 20 years experience of planning consultancy in private and public sector.
The previous experience of our core team has enabled us to develop a comprehensive understanding of the property development process from initial feasibility through to construction and completion, that gives us a unique perspective enabling us to deliver successful projects.
We are passionate about what we do and we take personal interest in our project, we are involved from the beginning to the end of our developments, we have what it takes to deliver a successful project and have an impressive track record of successful schemes.

Amir Javid
Director
With Masters Degree in Architecture and over 18 years of experience, Amir has led teams to deliver numerous complex projects from inception to completion. He has worked across different sectors, including residential, hospitality, mixed use and retail schemes in the UK and international.
Jon Bishop
Director
Jon is a professionally qualified and experienced planning specialist with extensive knowledge in residential and commercial developments.
With over 18 years of experience, Jon has a unique insight into the planning and development industry which enables him to communicate effectively with local authority planners and private sector clients alike.
Carolina Ferrando
Design Manager
Carolina has worked in the architectural industry for over a decade and has gained extensive experience in the UK residential developments. Carolina's qualifications in both architecture and urban planning give her a wide spectrum of knowledge in architecture and contextual design in different scales.
Pouria Henzaky
Construction Manager
With Diploma in Architectural Technology and BSc in Architecture, Pouria has extensive construction management and site experience across various scale of residential projects mainly in London. He has over 10 years experience as a senior site manager and has collaborated with us to deliver several projects successfully.

Our trusted team of professionals are highly experienced in their trades and all share in our vision to produce the best possible properties for our purchasers. During the construction stage we manage the work and monitor the contractors to ensure that the project is delivered in high quality and within the budget.
